Purchases
All purchases are digital items for use on ShadowSpade Minecraft only. These may include ranks, perks, crate keys, cosmetics, in-game items, or other digital benefits.
Correct Username
You are responsible for entering the correct Minecraft username when making a purchase. If you enter the wrong username, please contact support as soon as possible through our Discord.
Delivery
Most purchases are delivered automatically. In some cases, delivery may take additional time due to server restarts, connection issues, payment checks, or technical delays.
Refund Policy
All purchases are final unless otherwise required by law. Because purchases are digital goods, refunds are not guaranteed once the item has been delivered or used.
Chargebacks And Disputes
Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting support first may result in removal of purchased items, rank removal, or a ban from ShadowSpade Minecraft.
Rule Violations
Purchasing from the store does not exempt you from server rules. If you break server rules, your account may still be punished, muted, banned, or restricted without refund.
Changes To Store Items
Store items, ranks, perks, prices, and features may be changed, replaced, removed, or adjusted at any time to keep the server balanced and updated.
